First, I need to shout out to the company’s customer service. I got this as a birthday gift for my twin boys’ 7th birthday. However, when I was putting it together I found one of the pieces was defective. I messaged the company, frantic because the party was only a few days away. They responded quickly, mailed out a replacement part, and I had it in time to finish putting it together for the birthday party!I’m not going to say it was easy to put together...it was pretty challenging, but that is the nature of the product. The instructions were a little confusing at times, and my left/right yellow bars weren’t marked (so, of course, Murphy’s Law, I got it wrong the first time), but once I got them in correct position, it all came together.I specifically got this play set because one of my boys in in a wheelchair, but he loves slides. I can easily place him on the slide and guide him down or he can play on the mat while his twin brother can climb and slide and play with him. It isn’t too often I find something for both boys to play together since their physical abilities are so different. I think this will be a lasting activity for them for several years.
