Love this coat. We bought 2 sizes because a lot of reviews were not happy with the sizing. We had no problem it fit right to size and we returned the other no problem. Our daughter loves it and so does everyone else that sees it. At a time when it seems everyone HAS to wear NorthFace. This is the jacket to get. warm in the N.Y. fall winters and spring. the reversible side is furry and neat too.I had purchased a coat from thos seller the first time, but the second time I wasn't too pleased.Let's just say the seller went out their way to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Their customer service is exquisite and like no other! Thank you I Iove my coat!Perfect for a fall chilly day! My daughter loves it! Just as pictured!I love this jacket for my daughter. I have purchased two more for my other two girls. It is so soft and warm and breaks the wind really well. It also is a little long so that when they bend and move it does not come above their waistline. Perfect fit!Ordered this jacket for my 10 year old daughter that is very tiny. I bought the small and it did not fit was to small. The site and customer service was fabulous and easy to work with to return the item. Reordered the medium and fit my daughter perfect.
