This machine doesn’t take much oil, doesn’t take long to heat up. It is pretty easy to clean. This was definitely worth the money!We run a small concessions stand and this works perfectlyI love it. I use the fryer all the time.Wow , this purchase was by far a good choice for my family . I purchased the fry cutter also . It is a great investment on a big scale, for big families . You can use sides for veggies, fries ? other for meats ? fish ?. Highly recommended ?It took 45 mins to remove the protective film. It was still scratched underneath and it had quite a few small dents. One of the fryer lids is a slightly different color to the other. I didn't bother returning it as its too large to keep on the counter so it'll be hidden away in a closetLarge capacity to cook everything at once. Even cooking.
