Quantum Storage Systems 1836BC6C 5-Tier Chrome Wire Basket Organizer - 18"W x 36"L x 63"H - Heavy Duty Shelving Unit for Garage, Pantry & Office Storage

The storage system arrived in 3 boxes. None had any instructions or even a diagram for assembling the unit. I searched the manufacturer's website and could not find assembly instructions. I ended up finding a photo on the web and using that as a reference.The 4 vertical posts are marked in inches so I was able to figure out which end was up. This also made it easier to level the shelves. The picture is misleading. The dividers shown inside each bin shelf are not included- just the 6 end pieces of each bin shelf are included. These bin end pieces were difficult to attach, but this could have been because I put them on after the shelves were attached to the 4 poles because once again, THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED.I ended up with 4 bolts and 4 somethings I couldn't figure out, which may have been parts to attach casters for the mobile unit. I also ended up with clamps with a wing nut on them that were also a mystery. My best guess is for attaching bin dividers which I did not have.I can shake the unit by grabbing one of the vertical poles and moving it. It works for my purpose though.
