The coat is very soft and warm. It's also very comfortable. My grandson loves it. Excellent quality.I highly recommendat first I was questioning authenticity of the black perrito coat... I get these for my son every winter.. normally from Nordstrom, but took a chance this year & the logo is ALWAYS stitched on. This one is a flat print.. but The North Face Website it looks like this might be the new style??? The coat seems good quality if it is the real deal. Fits a bit small.. thinking about sizing up.Great quality coat that kept our toddler warm without being too bulky but, like most North Face jackets, runs small and short.Originally bought size 3T for a toddler who was wearing 2T in most clothes. I wish I’d sized up to the 4T as he outgrew it before the season was over.I bought this for my 9 year old grandson. He loves it! He does not like heavy winter coats and this keeps him warm without the bulk. Red is his favorite color and the grey camouflage interior is perfect for those who like camo but don’t want too much of it. I bought him two coats , he had a choice, he went to this one immediately. Returned the other. Runs true to size I think. He is kind of in between sizes right now. Some 8’s too small, some 10’s too big. This is slightly long in the arms for him so he will probably be able to wear it next year too. Nice quality as expected. I love it , he loves it, perfect coat for him.it isn't too thin that your kid will be cold and neither too thick that it's bulky in the car seat. It is just what I wanted. Got it for my Daughter to. match with her bogs boots.Very nice, comfortable jacket. Should be great for skiing this winterLoved this little jacket, even though it was a boys I bought it for my 2 year old granddaughter. She loves it. It's squishes down nice for the catseat so is safe. It's a warm little coat so she stays toasty.I love this brand and it was sold out last winter so I jumped on this coat. I got this one since it’s a bit heavier and has a hood. The label is white and really stands out against the black. It’s not too bulky so it’s great for my son who loves to be active and run around.Great coat for a year 7. Bought size L. Son is nearly 12. He's very slim, but broad shouldered, average height, a bit gangly in the arms and legs department. This fits over his school blazer without looking too big or being uncomfortable. It's reversible. Not sure if it's waterproof though. Padding is thin but in a good way. Still warm but without looking like Marshmallow Man or an advert for Michelin Tyres. It probably won't fit him in a year's time though. Would recommend.Great looking coat which is lightweight to wear and carry.Haven’t had very cold weather yet however has been appreciated on very chilly mornings.Amazing price too compared to £90 direct from NF.Beware Sizing with NF. Go up if in doubt. Both my 14 yr old sons are in an XL Youth although one is about 4 inches taller. Both are slim build but broad shoulders.NF would have the shorter one in a large but we have a large in another coat which is now too small.Reversible is a bonus too as my son can change the look although no pockets on reverse apart from the small chest one.Perfect my son loves it and won't take it off hardly and due to living in stornoway Scotland the weather is often very bad in the winter with storms this jacket is most definitely better then the Superdry I brought him last year which was rubbish against the weatherExcellent value. My 12 Yr old lives in this jacket so I've washed it countless times on a delicate wash and then tumble dried it which has worked exceptionally well. The reversible feature is great so can be used as school jacket as well. Highly recommended.My son loved this coat and I was delighted with the value for money. I love the way it is reversible with means there are two different styles to be worn.
